Refunds

Skip the line and Featured week are one-time Checkout charges. Newsletter sponsor is a weekly subscription. A refund is available when a slot has not gone live, or when the charge could not be fulfilled. Cancel the weekly subscription from the Stripe receipt.

If next week already has three sponsor slots, a later sponsor payment is marked unfulfilled and is not published. That charge is refunded from the Stripe receipt. The board does not open a fourth sidebar seat.

Request the refund from the Stripe receipt email. There is no sales call and no separate billing desk. Once a featured or skip slot has launched for its scheduled week, the placement has been delivered.

Free listings are not charges. Rejecting one does not create a balance.
