Synthship stores the email you type, a hashed magic-link token, and a session cookie after you sign in. Newsletter signup stores the address, a confirmation token, an unsubscribe token, and a referral code. Confirmation is required before a digest is sent.

Votes are tied to a hashed device key, not to your name. Page views and outbound clicks are counted the same way. IP addresses are used only for short rate-limit windows and are stored as hashes.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Synthship stores the Checkout session id, the tier, and whether the webhook fulfilled it. Card numbers never touch this server.

Transactional mail goes through Resend when a key is configured. The postal address on every newsletter is: Synthship, 777 Summer St, Stamford, CT 06901

You can unsubscribe from any digest. Signing out deletes the session cookie. To remove a listing, use the maker dashboard after a magic link, or the admin queue if you operate the board.
